What is AI Phone?

AI Phone is a service that uses AI voice technology to make phone calls on your behalf. Simply tell the AI what you need to accomplish, and it will handle the conversation naturally with the person on the other end.

How do I make a call?

After signing up and purchasing credits, go to the Call page, enter the phone number you want to call, provide instructions for what the AI should accomplish, and click Start Call. The AI will make the call and you'll receive a notification when it's complete.

What can the AI do on a call?

The AI can handle a variety of tasks including making reservations, scheduling appointments, asking questions, gathering information, and more. Just provide clear instructions about what you want to achieve.

How much does it cost?

AI Phone uses a pay-per-use credit system. You purchase credits upfront, and they are deducted based on call duration. Check the Credits page for current pricing and to purchase more credits.

Can I listen to my calls?

Yes! All calls are recorded and transcribed. You can access recordings and transcripts from the Calls page in your account. Recordings are retained for 90 days.

Does the AI identify itself?

Yes, the AI identifies itself as an AI assistant at the beginning of each call. This is both for transparency and to comply with regulations in many jurisdictions.

What phone numbers can I call?

AI Phone supports calls to US and Canadian phone numbers. International calling may be available in the future. Calls to emergency services (911) and premium rate numbers are not supported.

How do I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Please use the contact form below with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Call recordings are stored securely and automatically deleted after 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by using the contact form below. This will permanently delete all your data including call recordings, contacts, and account information.
